Grief Walk and Talk – Leamington Spa

If you’re looking for grief support in Leamington Spa, you’re warmly welcome here. Grief Walk and Talk is a safe, understanding space where people of all ages, men and women with all types of loss can come together to walk, talk and feel less alone.

Set in the calming surroundings of nature, this bereavement support group in Warwickshire offers a gentle way to connect with others who truly understand. There’s no pressure to share, just the opportunity to be alongside others, talk if you want to and take things at your own pace.

Since launching in December 2024, this growing community has become a meaningful source of comfort and connection with new members joining regularly.

When and where we meet
We meet on the last Sunday of every month at 10:30am, outside the entrance to The Newbold Comyn Arms in Leamington Spa. From there, we take a relaxed, approximately one-hour walk around Newbold Comyn. Many people choose to stay afterwards for a drink and conversation but there’s no expectation you're free to leave whenever you need.

A gentle, supportive approach to grief
Grief is a natural response to loss but it can often feel isolating and confusing. This is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself or hide how you feel. It’s a community built on kindness, understanding and shared experience a place where friendships can form and support is always present.

Free to join
This walk and talk grief support group in Leamington Spa is free to attend. If you’d like to stay for a cuppa afterwards at The Newbold Comyn Arms, you’re very welcome to do so at your own expense.
